Below is a guide to the rates for the editing and proofreading of English text. All prices quoted exclude tax.
On average, between two and three pages can be edited and proofread in an hour, but this obviously depends upon the quality of the original text provided.
Please note that these rates can only be an indication as the level of difficulty and the extent of the work may have a bearing on the cost. For special commissions, a price per job may be deemed more suitable.
The normal turnaround for this service is three to five days. There is a minimum charge of E45. Should you require a refined document urgently (within 48 hours) there is a surcharge of 25%.

TRANSLATIONS - DUTCH TO ENGLISH
Below is a guide to the rates for the translation of Dutch to English. All prices quoted exclude tax. Aspects such as the complexity of the text, terminology, subject matter, and the format required will be factored into the price quoted. Therefore, the rate quoted may differ from the guide price below.
Remember, Write for Business does more than just translate:
- the translation is done by a native English speaker
- natural English expressions are added
- the most suitable style is used (formal, neutral or informal)
- each translation is handled uniquely - no translation tools are used
